Safe Passage
Our Safe Passage program provides daily coverage across 7 Ward 5 schools, where trained ambassadors guide students safely during arrival and dismissal. Beyond supervision, our ambassadors serve as mentors and mediators — building trust, supporting emotional safety, and creating a positive school environment.

- Conflict mediation and mentorship support
- Partnership with local schools and families
- Build trusting mentorship relationships that support youth through daily challenges
- Provide conflict mediation, de-escalation, and restorative interventions to prevent escalation
- Facilitate peer mediations and small-group sessions that strengthen communication and behavior
- Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to create safer, more supportive environments
- Our team of 6 specialists has conducted over 500 mediations since 2022, demonstrating consistent impact and community trust
Family Outreach
Our outreach workers actively connect with families to understand needs, make warm referrals, and ensure wraparound support so students can thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.
