Leaders of Tomorrow

  • A mentorship and creative development program for youth ages 12–24 

  • Helps youth build leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills 

  • Matches participants with mentors and professionals aligned to their interests and career goals 

  • Introduces youth to creative fields such as videography, photography, audio engineering, and custom apparel 

  • Tracks growth through assessments and check-ins, and has served over 100 youth in 2025 

Peer Mediation

Empowers youth to serve as trained mediators who help resolve conflicts among their peers Builds strong communication, active listening, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills 

Provides tools for de-escalation and peaceful conflict resolution in school and community settings 

Strengthens leadership by giving students meaningful responsibility and a positive role among their peers 

Has trained over 50 Peer Mediators — and 100% of them have gone on to college, demonstrating strong long-term outcomes 

Motion Moguls

Built on the spirit of entrepreneurship, helping youth explore what it means to own and operate their own business 

Guides participants through creating a simple, youth-friendly business plan—from idea to execution 

Teaches core skills such as budgeting, branding, marketing, customer service, and basic financial literacy 

Builds confidence, leadership, and problem-solving through real-world activities and hands-on business development 

Connects youth with mentors and professionals who support their business ideas and help them explore career pathways

Our outreach workers actively connect with families to understand needs, make warm referrals, and ensure wraparound support so students can thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.
